This ".html" page does not exist, and we get an error when we try to acces it: http://www.profielaanbod.nl/opdeklijsten.html
How can we tell this CID/website go to a "to be defined" page when a page does not exist?

to accomplish this you'll have to create a new config key

key: SEO404PAGE
Value: url of 404 page(/Basis.aspx?......)

Edit
value can't be "/" or "/Basis.aspx"
but should be filled complete
"/Basis.aspx?Tid=2&Sid=3&Hmi=3&Smi=0"

Well... this config key allready exists, so that is not the solution.
Are there any other options?

Edit 2015:
The URL you set at the config key SEO404PAGE must exist as URLSOURCE (manually rewritten) OR it MUST be an un-rewritten (so "ugly") relative URL. ( Like: Basis.aspx?Tid=2 ) and contain at least the Tid.

If the unknown url is allready in SEO rewriting history, and it is NOT REDIRECTED (not checked) it also will NOT work.
