Hi All,

Today I got some questions about the support ticket e-mails which are empty on the Certico sever.
Creating texts for this e-mail is actually very easy, you can do this in the cms in CMS admin/Text support tickets
In CMS admin/System tables and then select the CONFIG table you can set some additional information for the support tickets.
I don’t know how to determine which text language is chosen for the support tickets, but I think it depends on the current used one by the logged in user.
