Small caps in query and CID don't work good in Url rewriting dynamic engine:

Not working: /basis.aspx?Lid=14&Lit=VIEW&Query=cau_Album.Id={!!KEY!!}&Act=529
Working: /Basis.aspx?Lid=14&Lit=VIEW&QUERY=CAU_Album.Id={!!KEY!!}&Act=529

So also adjust this in the view
